If you are new to using SIMPRO and feel as though you may have not been setup in the best way to meet your needs as a business or you may be an existing user for some time and things have gone off track over time.  A SIMPRO health check may be the best way to get you back on track.

SIMPRO Health Check Includes:

  • Review setup and make quick changes where needed

  • Identify features you are currently not using that would be of benefit

  • Identify SIMPRO front end issues for workflows such as Quotes, Jobs, Purchasing, Catalogue & Inventory, Reporting, and more.

  • Action plan to rectify issues if needed.

We will go over the system setup and front end processes and identify any issues that are holding your business back from getting optimal use of the software and come up with a plan to rectify those issues. In this session, there may be quick fixes we can take by adjusting your setup to suit best practices and your business requirements.

This session is 2 hours over zoom and will require at least one major stake holder in your business with good overall knowledge of how you are currently using SIMPRO. 

The session can be recorded by Zoom on your own computer so you can refer back to it at any time.

  • I would recommend a SIMPRO health check on your SIMPRO build to help identify the main issues, prioritise these issues, and then come up with a successful plan to implement.

  • We offer training that suits your business needs. The most popular is remote training via Zoom which gives a lot of flexibility to your business and staff availability. We also offer onsite training which can be more beneficial for Mobile App training or larger-style projects that require face-to-face interaction. Some people prefer this style of training as they learn more in a classroom setting.

  • Someone who is reasonably tech-savvy, has a good understanding of your business, is a trusted individual and hopefully is going to be around in the long term. If you have lost this person or do not have the right candidate in your business, contact MR Trade Consulting for some assistance.

  • This will depend on many factors such as type of business, size of your business, complexity of your workflows & how many but generally from 3 to 6 months. If you are still struggling past the 6-month mark you may need some additional assistance.
